We are delighted to announce that BraunAbility has partnered with Olmedo Special Vehicles S.p.A., a mobility company located in Reggio Emilia, Italy. This collaboration will bring production closer to European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) markets. The aim is to strengthen our connection with partners and enhance the quality and flexibility of our offerings even further.
BraunAbility can now connect with its customers in EMEA more effectively and respond to evolving demands by partnering with Olmedo. Not only does it allow us to continue producing our high-quality and secure lifts, but also allows us to adapt quickly to market changes.
Bringing production closer
BraunAbility's focus on quality and safety aligns with Olmedo's strong track record in manufacturing. Through this collaboration, we are able to produce our high-quality wheelchair lifts closer to our European partners. In addition, lifts will be available quicker due to reduced lead times. Stronger connection with our suppliers, improved support, and increased stock availability are further benefits to expect.

What’s next?
Production will begin in the second quarter of 2024, starting with our E-Series folding lifts, and will expand to other models from this series throughout the year.
